STEP 2
View your design proposal
After submitting your design request, you will receive an email from your designer with a link to your custom proposal within 1-2 business days. The proposal will show 2 or 3 designs that fit your style and your space. Work with your designer to revise the designs as much as you like.
STEP 3
Edit designs with your designer
We can change the products in each design to fit your style even more. Collaborate with your designer by sharing what you like or dislike. Edit it until you love your design!

Buy the final design
After editing the proposal, simply purchase the design. All designs include all the products, delivery, setup and cleanup. Ask your designer about our payment options.

If you're still wondering...
Simply fill out a style profile and then add the rooms you'd like us to help you decorate. Our designer will then curate a custom furniture package for you. You can also choose from one of our beautiful pre-curated packages.
We ship to all cities across Canada and the USA except for Alaska, Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Whether you live in a small town or a big city, we can deliver a room to you.
If you are not happy with all the items, simply email us within 10 days after the delivery to tell us which pieces you want to return or exchange. We will take away those pieces and refund the price of each returned product. No return shipping fee will be charged for products returned on the delivery day. Up to 20% of return service charge may be applied based on the condition of returned items. Sales are final for special sales or made-to-order products.
It takes about 5 to 15 business days to get your delivery if you're located in major cities, and 10-20 business days in smaller cities.
